For Tuesday: Andy Goldsworthy – Rivers and Tides
Tonight, the Sundance Channel is airing Thomas Riedelsheimer’s amazing award-winning documentary, Andy Goldsworthy: Rivers and Tides. The documentary which gives us a look into the quiet, often resplendent world of the Scottish artist and his temporary, yet timeless masterpieces.
The nature of this film, not unlike Goldworthy’s work is highly meditative. One needn’t even listen to the film’s soundtrack to get the full effect of the piece. The film is very special, and I highly recommend it for any film collection.
